What information gets collected here, what happens to it, and what stays private. Effective September 19, 2026.

The quote tool

The quote tool collects gender, age, your health level in your own words, tobacco use, the coverage amount and the term you want. This gets sent to the carriers' quoting engine to generate rates and doesn't stay on this website. No name, location, phone or email goes into the quote process. If you ask for the exact same quotes again, a brief cache may serve them back without calling the engine twice.

Applying

If you move forward with an application, your earlier responses prefill a secure application running on the carriers' side, where their own privacy rules take over. Susman Insurance Agency, a licensed California insurer (License 0B75129), manages applications.

The contact form

The contact form takes your name, email, a phone number if you want, your preferred contact method, subject line and message. Email sends it to the agency; your address is the reply-to line. This site doesn't keep a copy, doesn't maintain a database and doesn't log message text. A brief anti-spam verification runs client-side before you send.

Measurement

This website counts site traffic through first-party, tracker-free measurement running from this same domain. We use no cookies or unique identifiers; the last two numbers of your IP get hidden before storage; referring-page query terms get stripped away; storage logs vanish after three months. If your browser signals Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control, we skip you entirely.

What we do not do

We don't market or transfer personal details, deploy ad-tracking scripts, or pull in other analytics vendors. The only outside code is the carriers' application tool on the apply page, and only if you visit it.
